Gum Disease

Swollen, red or bleeding gums, tooth sensitivity, and bad breath are among the warning signs of periodontal (gum) disease.

Serious gum infections can cause bacteria to enter our blood stream and thus cause additional health concerns. Thus the effort invested to maintain a healthy set of teeth and gums is minimal when one contemplates the pain and frustration that come with resulting dental conditions that may arise.

Daily oral hygiene has progressed significantly and is now aided by the wide range of oral hygiene tools available to the consumer. With the advent of electric toothbrushes, various dental cleaning tools, a wide variety of flavored toothpastes, mouthwash, and child friendly dental items, oral hygiene does not have to be unappealing.

Healthy teeth, great breath and a great smile are truly worth the little effort it takes to maintain!
